What we collect
Your account email, and the agreements you upload for analysis (the file and the text we extract from it). We also keep the analysis we generate — the risk score, findings, and your questions to Ask My Contract.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: to analyze your agreement, show you the results, answer your questions about it, and maintain your account. We do not sell your data or use your documents to train models.
Where it's stored
Your documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage. Data is isolated per account, so other users cannot see your agreements. Connections are encrypted in transit.
AI processing
To analyze your agreement we send its text (and, for photos, the image) to our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes it to generate the analysis. We don't use your content to train models, and Anthropic does not train on data sent through its API.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your agreements, documents, analyses, and account record. You can also delete individual agreements.
